You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
As your items are hand made and personalised specifically for you, these can only be refunded if they are faulty (or if I have made an error during the design stage). If you receive a faulty item then please contact me as soon as possible. I will respond quickly and inform you of a returns address. Postage costs for faulty items will also be refunded. I will issue the refund once I have received the product. It may then take a few days for the refund to process from my bank account to yours.
