Terms and Conditions
We Love Frames (the company) hand make personalised and custom frames and gifts for you (the customer).
Once payment has been received, your order(s) will be dispatched within 5 days. Most orders are dispatched quicker than this. Your item will be delivered by the Royal Main and is posted ‘2nd class signed for’ (unless otherwise stated), meaning your order should take a further 2 – 3 working days to be delivered. If you have an urgent order please email me and I will do my best to get your item to you quickly.
Postage is included on all items.
As your items are hand made and personalised specifically for you, these can only be refunded if they are faulty (or if I have made an error during the design stage). If you receive a faulty item then please contact me as soon as possible. I will respond quickly and inform you of a returns address. Postage costs for faulty items will also be refunded. I will issue the refund once I have received the product. It may then take a few days for the refund to process from my bank account to yours.
